Our sweet Greggy never met a person that he didn't love. Many people were touched simply by being in his presence. His simple nature, quiet disposition, infectious smile and oh those hugs…so sweet, so real and so everlasting. Those are just a few of the things we loved so much about him. Those who knew Greggy knew he was a big fan of Johnny Cash, Star Wars, new markers, and seeing his many nieces and nephews. Every time a new niece or nephew was born he would announce, "I am an Uncle, as if it was the first time every time. He was always so excited to talk to anybody about his family, people that were coming to visit, news about family pets and the latest weather report. He would always follow up the weather report with, "Brian Karstens told me that." Although his life was simple, it was filled with happiness and love. He enjoyed watching TV for hours and could tell what time it was by what program was on TV. He entertained his family and their friends for hours by doing his impersonations of animal sounds. A few our favorites were the turkey, the pig, and the bat. Although our hearts are broken, we know Greggy is rejoicing in heaven with his sweet Savior and our loving parents. Grateful for sharing his life are his brothers Steve Koller, Camarillo, CA, Garth Koller (Linda), San Marcos, CA and sisters Wendy (Dave), Plymouth, MN, Kris (Frank), Long Lake, MN, Kathy (Jeff), Harrisburg, SD Kaye (Bob), Marion, SD, Kara (Brian), Canton, SD, Leigh (Bruce), Parker, SD, Stacey (Derik), Sioux Falls, SD, 25 nieces and nephews,31 great nieces and nephews, and multiple friends and family at the Tieszen Memorial Home.
