The family of Lavonne M. Thompson, 88, announces her passing, and invites all who knew her to remember her here.

What we offer here is gratitude wrapped in remembrance.

Lavonne's story began in 1928, and unfolded across the years that followed.

Lavonne held deeply to the Lutheran faith — and was, by all accounts, loved by those who knew her best.

A life of faith is rarely a life of certainty — but always one of trust.
