She was born on October 2, 1958, to proud parents Edwin and Marlene Berens.Debra married Daryl Dreesman, and together they raised three wonderful children: Heath Dreesman, Cory (Becca) Dreesman, and Stacie (Brian) Psyk. Though Debra and Daryl later parted ways, they remained united in their love for their children and grandchildren. She was a devoted grandmother to four grandchildren—Ella and Emmett Psyk, and Connor and Hadley Dreesman—and a proud doggie grandma to Kirby. Deb also spent quite a bit of time with her brother Mike and his wife Jodie and their daughters. Debra attended Parker High School, graduating in 1976, where she excelled in her studies and formed lifelong friendships. Throughout her life, she worked in retail and photography, but her true calling was child care. During her time at Citi Bank's family center, she earned her associate degree in early childhood education, a field in which she brought warmth, patience, and compassion.Debra's greatest joy came from spending time with her grandchildren and watching them grow. She loved cheering on Ella and Emmett at the ball fields, seeing Connor master his video games, and watching Hadley discover her passion for horseback riding. She also enjoyed baking, playing cards, and gathering around the table for board games with the people she loved.Debra was preceded in death by her parents, Edwin and Marlene Berens. She will be remembered for her kind heart, infectious laughter, and the unwavering love she held for her family. Her presence will be deeply missed, but her spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
