Born in 1947, Annie began a life that would touch many along the way.

Some bonds are not loosened by absence.

Rilla Ann "Annie" Noville of Freeman, South Dakota and formerly of Parker, SD, age 71, died on Sunday, September 8, 2019 at Ava's House in Sioux Falls, SD. Oct 3, 1947 – Sept 8, 2019 Cherished mother of Brian Skinner, Freeman, SD and Mark Skinner (Michele Marker), Cedar Rapids, IA. passed peacefully at Ava's House Hospice in Sioux Falls, SD. She is survived by her children, 2 grandsons Schyler Sterna (Jennifer) and Cadan Skinner, 4 great grandchildren, Sister Morganette Finch, and 5 half-siblings. Annie enjoyed spending time crocheting, cooking, gardening, and was active in dog rescue, leaving behind 2 very spoiled fur babies. A private family memorial will be held at a later date.
